Michael has over 30 years of health care management experience.  After 15 years in various hospital management positions, Michael PeabodyMichael entered the ASC industry in 1997 as administrator of a six operating room freestanding surgery center in Kettering, Ohio.  Johnson & Johnson Ambulatory Surgery Group, now known as Health Inventures, managed this center.  As administrator, he coordinated the construction, opening and management of the facility that eventually averaged over 700 cases per month.
