Roger Manning is the co-founder of Excellentia Advisory Group and Managing Partner. Roger's 30+ year career spans medical sales, sales management, operations management, multi-site fac
ility management and new business start-ups. Roger has a strong foundation built in people management and human resources. Roger has been working within the surgery center industry since 1998 recruiting top talent for many of this nations top surgery center employers as well as small private physician owned organizations. Roger's knowledge of the ASC industry is comprehensive and he has been offering ASC advisory through Excellentia Advisory Group since 2009 as well as Human Resource guidance through Manning Search Group since 2001. Recent senior level management positions held through Excellentia Advisory Group contracts have been interim Chief Operations Officer at an Indiana multi-site pain management practice, interim Chief Operations Officer at a St. Louis pain management practice, and an Administrator of an Indianapolis, Indiana surgery center start up of which he oversaw from concept design to completion.
About this Presentation: Roger within the hour offers insights as to how to identify the signs and symptoms of a toxic culture and what will be the negative impacts of such a toxic culture. Roger then discusses who is accountable and what must be done in strategies and training in order to turn around the toxic workplace culture. Roger puts the spot light on employees, mid-level managers and the most difficult to manage, the c-suite. This presentation is for all types of industries but you will hear Roger focus primarily on the medical industry with examples relating to ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices.
