Sexual Harassment Employee Orientation is an introduction presentation ideally used as a new hire orientation and annual refresher course. It is designed to be brief but indepth so that all new staff employees and managers will be able to walk away with the following
Learning Objectives:
- Know that your employer has sexual harassment & anti-retaliation policies that are enforced.
- Be able to know exactly what sexual harassment is.
- Be able to understand why sexual harassment is wrong.
- Be able to recognize possible signs & symptoms of sexual harassment.
- Know what to do if you are a victim of sexual harassment.
- Know what to do if you are a bystander to sexual harassment.
- Know how to submit an EEOC complaint for sexual harassment.
This video training would be an excellent on-boarding tool to add to your new hire orientation. Consider using this presentation as an annual inservice refresher just to keep this important topic in the minds of both staff and their managers.
