Robin has been employed at the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Spartanburg since 2004 and held roles of Endoscopy Nurse, Endoscopy Charge Nurse and currently the Quality Assurance Process Improvement Coordinator. Robin is currently employed as the Director of Infection Prevention for Excellentia Advisory Group.
Description:
As leaders, director of nurses, Quality coordinators and infection preventionist, at some point in our career an unfavorable outcome or event will happen. We will need to be prepared to assess, investigate, interview, brainstorm, inspire, collaborate, coordinate and make recommendations to prevent a recurrence. To do this, we will need skills and process knowledge to perform structured data collection, analysis, evaluation and decision making. Utilizing suitable tools will enable and enhance planning and implementation strategies.
