During this one-hour presentation, the attendee will learn all about FMLA and ADA.  This course will provide detailed information on each and the attendee will walk away with all the necessary regulations and forms in order to administrate these laws and keep their surgery center out of court for wrongful denials of employee time off.  Portions of this webinar have been taken from our ASC Administrators Management Training Conference which covers the subject of Human Resource management in four (4) hours. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Difference between FMLA and ADA and any cross-walks.
